I can say this was the best hotel in Turkey out of many hotels I have stayed during my stays in this country. The scenery, the authentic and aesthetic cottages, the genuine smiles on the staffs' face and feeling like you are in a movie scene was amazing!

Our stay in the Luxury Tree House in this hotel was far beyond amazing. The staff were really nice and helpful especially the manager, Murat, and Emir. The hotel is really beautiful with a stream passing through it. It is in a wonderful location with nice views and hiking trails. If you want a relaxing place for vacation and chill in a country-type neighborhood, this is the place for you.

This place is spectacular. The views from here to the mountains and lush forests are amazing. The place is spotless. The reception area and restaurant are filled with live edge tables and tons of local antique items. The food for breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. When sitting on the patio drinking Turkish coffee the views are breathtaking.

Otelin lokasyonu ve doğayla uyumu gerçekten çok hoş. Mimari detaylar ve sanatsal objeler dikkat çekici. Kahvaltısı da keyfili ve yeterliydi. Genel olarak personel de ilgiliydi. Gelelim eksilere Check-in saatine yakın bir zamanda otele geldik ve hızlıca odaya alındık ama oda oldukça soğuktu. Isıtma konusunda bir bilgilendirme yapılmadığı için kendi başımızın çaresine baktık. Odada örümcek ağları vardı ve seramik yüzeyler yeterince temiz değildi. Odada kullanılan bazı eşyaların kalitesi otelin genel havasıyla uyumsuzdu. Ses yalıtımı en rahatsız olduğumuz durumdu. Havalandırma sistemi çok gürültülüydü ve odalar arasında ses geçişi çok fazlaydı. Özellikle koridordaki gürültü de rahatsız ediciydi. Sürekli kapı vurma, çocukların bağrış çığrışını duymak zorlayıcıydı. Karla kaplı bir alanda, böyle bir atmosferde şöminede ve ateş çukurlarında sürekli ateş yakılmasını beklerdik. İki kez de sorduk farklı açıklamalar geldi biz de tam olarak beklentimizin anlaşılmadığını düşündük ve odamıza çekildik. Ortak alanlardaki tepeden gelen spot ışıkları, ortamın romantik havasıyla pek uyuşmuyordu. Işıklar rahatsız edici şekilde çok güçlüydü. O yüzden çok da keyifli vakit geçirecek gibi değildi zaten. Bir diğer konu, kapalı alanlarda sigara içilmesine izin verilmesi. Bu bizim açımızdan kesinlikle kabul edilemez ve tercihe bağlı değişemeyecek bir durumdur. Doğa ve kar cazibesi olmasa bizim açımızdan pek hatırda kalan bir konaklama tecrübesi olmazdı.

ailecek 1 gece kaldık. ilk girdiğimiz andan itibaren o güveni hissettik. herhangi bir eksik durumda anında müdahale ettiler. temizlik genel olarak iyiydi, bir sorunla karşılaşmadık. ortam ve manzarası gayet güzeldi. huzurlu bir şekilde dinlenebilir, temiz havayı ciğerlerinize çekebilirsiniz. otel müdürü Murat bey çok ilgili davrandı, kendisine tekrar teşekkür ederiz. güzel bir deneyimdi
