“My brother and I visited Bad Gastein to trail run and do other adventures in the mountains. This a great stay for our priorities. The staff was super helpful, the space felt authentically Austrian alps, and the breakfast was great. They even made us sack lunches on the days we would miss breakfast due to early starts. The only downside is that the hotel is off the main road in and our of Bad Gastein so the direct bus service is limited after about 4pm.”

“Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. “Wow, what a wonderful stay. Room 128 (Heavenly Suite) was modern, clean, spacious and beautiful, and despite not having AirCon and the 35 Deg C temperature outside, remained cool. Fabulous views of the Valley, amazing staff, wonderful breakfast, half hour walk to town and 20min walk to the cable car (which was free, thanks to a hotel voucher). We didn’t have time to use the spar/pool. Honestly one of the best hotels stays I’ve ever had.”
