Great breakfast, good location and very friendly.

Nice hotel, very friendly and Helpful staff and a great breakfast. Unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t working and the pool was closed. Luckily the hamam and the massage were fantastic!

A great place to stay!

Grans Ani Hotel in Kars is a great place to stay. We arrived very late 3:30 AM and they made the rest of our stay very comfortable. They kept the breakfast beyond regular hours of operation knowing we had arrived late. All in all very happy with the stay, service and atmosphere.

The Grand Ani over achieves. Rooms were everything we had hoped for AND the windows were operable, letting the lovely Spring weather inside. Staff is superior and the restaurant is wonderful. Remarkable breakfast!!!

Otelin konumu, otoparkının olması, güzel ısınması bizi memnun etti. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Odamızı sevmedim ben kasvetli ve çirkindi. 3 tek yatak yanyana dizilmişti ve dolap açılmıyordu yatak dolap kapağının önünü kapattığı için. Kahvaltı güzel ve bol çeşitliydi.

Experiencia nefasta , la apatía de la dirección al solicitar mediante email ( no contestados ) por el hotel adelantar 1 día mi entrada al hotel debido a cambios en nuestro itinerario fue denegada.. aún y estando el hotel casi vacío, eso si .. pagando el na noche mas sin problema por lo que tuvimos que pagar tres noches… lamentablemente NO RECOMENDARÍA ESTE HOTEL.. a viajeros.

Lovely hotel with a gorgeous Turkish Hammam and pool in a convenient location. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, with many suggestions on places to explore. Most sites of interest can be accessed within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve bir sorununuz olduğu zaman sizinle ilgileniyorlar. Oda gayet güzel, rahat ve temizdi. Kahvaltıları da güzeldi. Sadece kadınlar ile erkeklerin ayri havuza girme saatleri vardı. Çift gelenler için bir paket hazırlayabilirler. Ama onun haricinde çok memnun kaldım. Bir daha gittiğimde kesinlikle tercih edeceğim yer.

We had a terrible stay at Grand Ani Hotel. I read the comments prior to my stay and they were positive but I have to admit it was not the case at all for us. 1st night, we arrived late. They put us in a room that had a terrible smell of cigarettes everywhere. The hot water in the shower was not working. We had only a blanket for 2. We called the reception, they told us someone will go up to take care of this, no one came. The day after, I went to the reception to change room. They put us in a room that was way smaller compared to what we booked. The bed was smaller too. The shower had no curtains and we simply flooded the bathroom when we took a shower. They forget to change our room number and in the middle of the night a hotel employee CAME INTO OUR ROOM with another client because they checked him in into our room!! The breakfast was good but honestly that does not compensate for this terrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
