We loved this hotel. The staff are amazing, especially Nott and his colleague (didn't get his name) at the pool bars. The food is great, we especially enjoyed the roof top buffet dining. It's in a great location, right across from the beach and the view from our room was fantastic.

This Resort at Kata Beach was perfect for our group of 6. Close to the beach, restaurants, massage parlors, and shopping. The rooms are big and very clean. The restaurant food buffet is affordable and good. The pool bartender Nott is awesome, friendly and makes a great Pina Colada. Would recommend this Resort to anyone.

Loved the stay here location was beautiful booked sea view. Welcome juice and snack with towel were just what was needed after our journey! The view was gorgeous, room was big a/c great, shower and soaps great. Stocked mini fridge for purchase. Outside balcony chairs sturdy, comfy and private. Pool and pool bar fantastic. I would definitely stay here again

I was very happy with my stay here, clean rooms and staff was very helpful with an accident I made when booking. I booked the wrong month and they were able to still manage a refund through Expedia and get me set up in a room. Would happily stay again.

The resort is located perfectly close to Kata Beach, restaurants, pubs etc. It has two pools, one large kids pool and another smaller pool supposedly for adults. For couples such as us, coming here to relax, we found it quite difficult as the smaller pool does mot explicitly say adults only, so there were kids absolutely everywhere you go. Otherwise we had a good stay, lovely staff and great service.

When we checked in and got to our hotel room, it was really old looking. Within an hour, the air conditioning stopped working. We have been traveling for a long time and we’re extremely tired. Now we had to move rooms. The new room that they moved us to was updated and really nice. However, the view was not as good. To compensate us they gave us a free dinner buffet. The Friday night barbecue buffet looked terrible. We chose not to get that. The Sunday night Thai buffet was super disappointing. They were very few options and all the food was cold not very appetizing. Then they wanted to charge us 100 baht for a bottle of water. The location was fantastic. The staff was helpful. Overall, this is a decent option. The breakfast was pretty good. The first bed was very firm, the second bed was softer.

Great location for our purposes. Beach views and walkable to shops, restaurants etc. Room was great, the Staff excellent, breakfast very good and pools lovely. However a lot of stairs if you don’t wish to wait for elevators. Definitely recommend a stay here!!!!
