The room was spacious and bright. The staff were friendly. The breakfast had a nice variety. The complementary coffee/tea, and water station at the reception is a nice touch. It also had free access for guests to the gym next door. There are nice restaurants nearby and the downtown area is within walking distance. The downsides: the bottle of water inside the room wasn't complementary (but it's clearly labeled as such). It was only possible to have 1 key to the room (for two persons) & in our room, the sink wasn't draining well. Nevertheless, we still had an enjoyable stay :)

It would have been a 4star due to the lack of plugs for the bathroom sinks (there were 2 in my room), am I the only one it annoys? But then the Breakfast took it back up to a 5, just lovely, tons of choice, and the scrambled eggs were divine, add the coffee machines that made vanilla latte's and I was in heaven. Other than that the room was really nice, the bed comfy and had a quiet fridge and personal safe. Loved it!

Struttura a breve distanza dal centro di Karlsruhe. Camera molto confortevole. Ottima colazione con prodotti di qualità. Molto apprezzata l'accoglienza con drink, le bevande a disposizione gratuita per gli ospiti e la macchina per caffè espresso in camera. Unico appunto: un po' scomoda la rampa a doppio senso di marcia per l'accesso al parcheggio all'ultimo piano del palazzo
