It seemed understaffed. We rang the bell 3x before anyone came for check in and nobody came for check out. The baseboards need a dusting and all of the door handles and edges of doors have not been properly cleaned in a long time. No AC but we opened the window fine. The beds could have been put together for us. The step into the bathroom should not have a board sticking up. Get a carpenter to fix that. The breakfast was good. Overall the place just needed a good high touch area scrub.

The rooms with kitchenette are comfortable and large. The views are very nice from the top floor windows. We enjoyed the take-out pizza at the restaurant, and the convenient stores nearby. All is clean and eco-friendly.

Läget: ca 20 min gång från centralstationen. Ca 5 min gång till Stortorget och Fisktorget. Frukosten: ok men inget så stort utbud. Rummet: endast fläkt. Men upplevdes rent. 2 kuddar per säng. Ett litet kylskåp/minibar fanns. Två stolar. Badrummet: behöver renoveras. Trasigt kakel, sprucken vask. Service: Fantastisk!
