Loved this hotel. It has everything you need. The beds were so comfortable. We did have to walk down the hill for evening meals but there are many options within 10 minutes. The staff were so helpful and we could leave our rental car in a gated parking lot. Our room was upgraded to a lovely suite. Would stay here again.

this is a very impressive former mansion. architecturally it is prominent. exactly as shown in the photos. the location is private and quiet. a short walk to the center of everything. parking on site! the interior restoration of our room was very well done room is large as is the bathroom. large windows and small balcony for taking in fresh air and sunshine. highly recommended.

Das Hotel ist eine typische Villa in Karlsbad . Die Zimmer sind groß und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Schade ist, das Sauna einen Aufpreis kostet. Zu Fuß sind die Kolonnaden oder das Theraml als auch Becherovka schnell erreichbar.

Kleines nettes Hotel in ruhiger schöner Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Schönes Ambiente, tolle Lage, ruhige Straße, Parkplatz im Hof, sehr freundliches Personal u v.m. Aber die Heizung war auf voller Leistung (Stufe 5) lauwarm. Im Winter unakzeptable! Eine Kaffee-, Teestation im Zimmer (Suite) wäre sinnvoll. Damit könnte man mehr Komfort bieten. Die Mini-Sauna soll kostenfrei sein (wegen der Größe und fehlendem Ruhraum).

very nice boutique hotel in the central location near the promenade. very quiet during night. bed quality is great. service is very nice. breakfast pleased with variety, something different every day. price was reasonable. we liked added security - the hotel is in the gated development, but not sure it is a high risk zone anyway. liked secure parking, didn't like that it cost Eur 5 per night. adding shower to the bathroom would benefit. if there was a swimming pool it woudl also would make it even better. otherwise pleasant few days in Karlovy Vary.

Hotellet ligger bra placerat och med nära gångavstånd till allt. Vi fick rum 404 med en fantastiskt utsikt från balkongen över andra hotell i området. Det var smidigt att parkera bilen på den inhägnade gården.
