Super relaxing. Spa choices elite. Food choices elite. It’s a walk to the city center with a massive incline on the way back so be in shape or take the transport provided by the hotel.

We had a half-board including 3 procedures (massage and bubble baths). The breakfast and dinner buffets had plenty of food choices. The hotel is suitable for people that want to relax and enjoy a quiet stay in a beautiful part of Karlovy Vary. Overall, the stay was amazing!

Das Hotel war, wie man es erwartet hat, sehr geräumig, freundlicher, guter Service und mit einem adäquaten SPA-Bereich. Kann man jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war höchst unfreundlich und wenig hilfreich, es identifiziert sich nicht mit dem Haus. M.E. waren ihnen die Gäste egal. Die Damen und Herren der Küche tun ihre Pflicht, nicht mehr. Und Vollei zum Frühstück ist m.E. nicht angebracht. Die insbesondere jungen Damen vom Service im Speisesaal sind gelinde geschrieben faul. Sie spielen am Mobile oder reinigen sich sichtbar für die Gäste die Fingernägel.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit altem Charme, welches über Karlsbad thront. Die Zimmer sind sehr hübsch gestaltet und recht großzügig, meistens auch mit schöner Aussicht über Karlsbad. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, allerdings wenig abwechslungsreich. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist leider recht unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit (kein 5* Standard). Das Hotel an sich erinnert an die alten Zeiten mit royalem Charme. Allerdings würde den Hotel hier und da eine Erneuerung und Renovierung gut tun. Vor allem der Spa-Bereich ist renovierungsbedürftig und sollte bei einem 5* Hotel etwas großzügiger sein. Alles in allem aber ein hübsches Hotel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Imposantes Hotel auf dem Berg dieser wahnsinnig tollen Stadt mit royalem Charme. Der Blick auf die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Leckere und abwechslungsreiche Speiseauswahl. Der Spa-Bereich ist einfach und überholungsbedürftig, aber nett.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Die Sauna ist allerdings- sofern man sich Wellnesshotel nennt - schmählich. Eine einzige kleine Saunakabine ohne Umkleidemöglichkeit ist enttäuschend. Sonst waren wir zufrieden, und der Preis für das Angebot ist absolut angemessen

Tolles Gründerzeithotel. Durch die Seilbahn prima Anbindung an die City. Auch die Buslinien 2 und 7 können kostenlos genutzt werden. Die Zimmer und WLAN sind top. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Ein ganz besonderes Hotel, fast schon aus der Zeit gefallen, sehr weitläufig und geräumig. So auch die Zimmer, mit Vorraum, großen Bad und sehr guten Betten und sehr gut Kissen. Zum Geburtstag gab es eine Flasche Wein. Das Frühstück als Buffet war sehr gut, ein große Auswahl an Variationen, es war schon fast ein Brunch. Abends haben wir zweimal am Buffet im Restaurant Prag gegessen, was auch zu empfehlen ist. Das Hotel liegt in einem großen Park, der sehr schön ist. Leider gibt es nirgendwo liegen, wo man sich mal entspannen könnte. Auch die Außengastronomie ist für die Größe dieses Hauses viel zu klein. Ebenso das kulturelle Angebot ist sehr klein, es scheint, also sollte man lieber draußen etwas machen als im Hotel. Eigentlich wollten wir Wellness machen, aber der Spa-Bereich wirkte sehr clean und medizinisch. Das Schwimmbad ist okay, das Schwimmen im Heilwasser ist angenehm. Die Umkleiden sind hingegen viel zu klein und eng. All in All: Ein sehr gut ausgestattes Hotel mit einem sensationellen Blick und Lage - die Annehmlichkeiten und das kulturelle Angebot, was man von einem 5-Sterne-Haus erwarten würde, können definitv noch verbessert und verfeinert werden.

Ein richtig tolles Hotel in einer ruhigen Gegend, nicht weit entfernt vom Standzentrum. Die kostenlose Seilbahn fährt direkt in die Innenstadt und zurück. Das monumentalle Gebäude, riesige Zimmer, gutes Essen sind uns sehr gut gefallen. Einen Nachteil gibt es dennoch: Fehlende Klimaanlage ist echt nicht schön, gerade im Sommer. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert

Historisches Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zimmer leider nicht klimatisiert und daher sehr warm im Sommer, aber sonst schön. Betten könnten etwas bequemer sein. Nur das Badezimmer wirkt veraltet und dem sonstigen Standard nicht angemessen (keine gute Dusche, Toilettensitz aus Plastik). Vielfältiges, leckeres Essensangebot. Swimmingpool und Massageangebote gut.

Toller Aufenthalt in einer schönen Suite mit Balkon. Schönes Grand-Hotel mit Flair. Man muss wissen, es ist nicht neu renoviert, aber es ist eh eine Kunst es so zu erhalten. Thai-Massage im Hotel sehr gut. Einzig verstehe ich nicht warum das Hotel keine Sonnenterrasse mit Liegestühlen hat. Platz wäre ja da.
