Eine wundervolle Hotelerfahrung. Wir wurden ganz herzlich empfangen. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und man ist trotzdem in 10 Minuten in der Karlsbader Altstadt. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment bis zum abreisen wie in einem Märchen. Wer hat schon jemals in einem Schloss übernachtet. Es ist sehr romantisch und schön eingerichtet und dabei nicht übertrieben.

Es war wieder ein toller Aufenthalt!!!!

Als Wiederholungstäter wurden wir auch diesmal nicht enttäuscht! Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Service, sowohl am der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Frühstück ist sehr gut, es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Die Zimmer sind so eingerichtet, wie man es von einem „Chateau“ erwartet, am besten dazu die Bilder auf der Homepage anschauen. Housekeeping war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sprechen gut Englisch, auch etwas deutsch. Wir kommen wieder.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Chateau Cihelny. Die Gastgeber waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Spa Bereich ist toll und für die Größe des Hotels angemessen groß.Gutes Frühstück. Individuell eingerichtete Zimmer. Zur Info - In den Zimmern mit Einzelbetten können die Betten nicht zusammengeschoben werden. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen, es war ein großartiger Aufenthalt. Absolut empfehlenswert!
