We stayed 1 night after the golden week so it was nice and quiet. Everything was wonderful except the dinner buffet was a little disappointment. I stayed a few years ago and also had the dinner buffet and i recall it was better.

スタッフの方々が丁寧で、客室もきれいで楽しく過ごさせて頂きました。 特に大浴場で洗い場の洗面器にお湯が残っていたのをスタッフの方が直ぐ片付けていました。外国の方々マナーが悪いので助かりました。

大満足でした

　2020/10/26から2泊利用しました。 　元々西館（旧館）ツインを予約していましたが、同日に修学旅行の予約が入ったとの事で、チェックインの際に東館（新館）にグレードアップされました。 　部屋は綺麗でサービス的にも東館専用のスパや冷蔵庫のアルコール類無料も追加され至れり尽くせりです。急遽外出の予定を短くして部屋の前の砂浜を眺めながらホテルでゆっくりさせて頂きました。 　また日本食レストランで活き烏賊懐石や天婦羅などを頂きましたが、ご担当の方のサービスも行き届いており文句なしでした。 　東京からなので遠いですが、機会があれば是非また宿泊したいホテルです。

Superb service and ambience from the minute you walk through the entrance! Stayed one night and we were so reluctant to leave the hotel. Breakfast spread was yummylicious, room faced the beach and mountains, good night sleep with comfortable futons. Onsen was fantastic with DHC toiletries for face and hair. New wing expansion is ongoing and will be ready 1st December 2019. Will definitely be back!
