Great friendly staff who go over and above!

Although we had one of the noisiest rooms, as it was close to the road, for the money paid it was great value! The staff, super friendly and helpful - in particular Nyoman who went of his way with exceptional and friendly service. He is studying hospitality and will go far in the industry with his personable, attentive, thoughtful service and attitude to his guests and his chosen profession

This place is a great value for the 18 USD i paid. The balcony had a great view of the ocean and this place has two pools. Its right across the street from a restaurant and a 15 walk from a beautiful beach and a small town with many amenities.

Great views and great value!

Spent a week in the lovely seaside village of Amed. Look let's be honest this not your top notch fancy Hilton like villas but for a budget price you get amazing views, clean and comfortable rooms with A/C. The pools could use some love and updating but with the beach so close by who cares really. Super friendly staff who go that extra mile when asked nicely. All in all a lovely place to stay and great value all round

decent budget friendly option close to Lipah beach

Overall a decent budget friendly option close to Lipah beach. Friendly and helpful staff, 2 small pools and 2 ocean view terraces. Room was decent, bathroom had a bit of a smell, wifi was good, AC worked well but filters needed to be cleaned (like all hotels in Bali), which they did right away when asked. Breakfast was included but very basic - eggs with 1 pc toast and either juice or coffee (not both). Ketchup was offered but not jam or butter, and there was no rice option. The main road nearby is pretty nasty, be careful if you are driving motorbike, especially at night.

Great value for money, we had room at top with ocean view. Nice and quiet. Walking distance to lipah beach, 40 minute walk to japenese shipwreck and Jemeluk bay on amed beach - all excellent for snorkelling off beach. Staff Came and cleaned room daily. We ended up extending our stay to 5 days. Great place to recover from travellers fatigue.

We're staying for 5 nights and we're happy with this place. But there is trash all around the villa. The kitchen sinks is dirty. The staff is very nice and helpful. Ni Luh is very nice and sweet and trying to do everything best. Many things need for upgrades. Maybe it will be more nice if they clean all the trash all around the villa. This villa is with nice views and swimming pools. We will come back in the future but hopefully they gonna fixed things what needs to be fix and no trash around.

Horrible !

Nul sur toute la longueur... On a réservé 3 nuits, au bout de deux, on a fuit ! Personne pour nous accueillir puis à force de demander autour, quelqu'un est surgit de nul part. On se rend compte qu'on est les seuls dans l'hôtel...Bizarre. On nous conduit à notre chambre, il faut enjamber les détritus et constater qu'une multitude de restes de travaux et poubelles qui tapissent le sol. La chambre proposé est avec une belle vue mer : seul point positif ! Tout est très vieux et ne correspond plus aux photos depuis au moins 10 ans. Le matelas est mort, le lit grince fortement et la clim fait un bruit de dingue. Les murs sont multicolors du fait de coup de peinture ponctuelle pour sûrement rattraper les infiltrations. Le robinet et le lavabo ne tiennent pas et le pompom > Pas d'eau chaude pendant notre séjour sauf juste le matin de notre départ anticipé. Le matin, dès 8h, dès qu'on ouvre les rideaux, on nous incite à venir prendre le petit-déj rapidement alors qu'on avait jusqu'à 10h30 mais vu qu'on était les seuls, plus tôt on le prennait...plus tôt la cuisinière etait partie. Le petit-dej = 1 café + 1omelette avec 1 toast. Bref, vous l'aurez compris : à fuir ! On a fait d'autres hotels à Bali dans le même ordre de prix sans jamais avoir été déçu...Un scandale cet hôtel.
