The hotel shows a bit of age but is well-maintained and comfortable. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering both local and continental choices that were fresh and delicious. The Executive Lounge was a great addition — with a nice selection of small bites, snacks, and drinks throughout the day. The staff were friendly ( I will mention Abdel from breakfast service area) and attentive across all areas, making the stay even more pleasant. The location is also fantastic, close to everything you’d want to explore. Overall, a wonderful stay and great value for the experience.

This property is desperately in need of an upgrade. The room was tired. The bathtub was stained. The towels provided were worn from overuse and smelly. At about $140 per grossly overpriced. The so called “business center” was a shabby table in a corner of a conference room with a bunch of papers strewn on it. No printer was available!

The property was very safe. The staff was friendly. My flight landed at 4:30 am. I was charged an additional day and was not able to have early check in. The AC dignity work properly. There was a moldy odor in the room.

Over all this was a bad time to go during non stop rain shower and flood warnings, property is decent size but no where close to bhurban, roof was leaking non stop because of heavy rains, food was really good specially chanoni or chandni whatever is the name located at 10th floor.
