The personal manager does speak English but was not available that weekend. 2 Rooms are very different to the pictures on internet. There is no place even for a chair; you get only a towel per person, no hand towel at all, and even in the "best room", there is no place to hang the towels. “It is a well kept property. We loved the longer shoreline. It is very busy but still I did not feel super crowded. Lots of activities are offered for families. Food is great. Suggestion: beach towels. We had to carry our bathroom towels to the beach. The price of the accomodation is quite high. Minimally, the water at the dinner table should be free.”

Eso sí, poco adecuado el horario español: cenas hasta las 21.00 con menos variedad a última hora por supuesto... Las sábanas demasiado pequeñas. El spa un poco pequeño comparando con algún otro hotel. El masaje caro y no demasiado bueno. Repito:calidad-precio excelente.”
