not a good check in experience, very stressful and confusing. You will not get individualized help. This is a "small" business that does not take the time to help their clients. No follow through on their side. And you will get response that sounds like they did not read your message at all. The front desk at this place is not associated with who ever is renting the spaces out so they can't help either.
