A perfect location in Kapa'a

For my short visit to the island the room was perfect. The staff were helpful, professional and addressed my needs in a timely manner. The facility was clean and welcoming. I enjoyed the amenities and the close location to the beach and Coconut Marketplace. Being in Kapa’a made visiting my family very easy. I will consider returning to Kauai Coast at the Beachboy.

We LOVED our 7 night stay at the Beach Boy Resort and can't wait to return. It was clean, affordable, beautiful, close to a great market area, and had a delicious restaurant for evening dining. It was exactly everything we wanted.

Upon arriving, overpowering odor of deodorizing spray. Next day you could smell the mold and mildew smell they were trying to cover up. Roaches in every room crawling on the walls and in drawers in the kitchen!...water leak from a/c unit in ceiling to bathroom floor. Told us to put a trash can under it to catch the water and sent us towels to mop the floor. The next day, When fixed they left dirty towels, water in waste can and the filthy filter they changed just laying in the bathroom. Beach area at resort next door. Not happy with our stay. Wyndham..You can do better than this!..Kauai Resort at the Beach Boy.

Water on floor from A/C leak. Glad I saw it before We fell!

Wish we had stayed there longer

The pools and hot tub were excellent. Great coffee bar in the morning and water and juice in the afternoon. Excellent parking and great proximity to the Coconut Market Place. Very comfortable beds. The only negative was that the tv channel guide provided did not match the tv channels. And there was no guide on the tv itself.

I visited this property with my daughters and friends. This property was beautiful and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only bad about this was the concierge. We were told we needed to pick up a welcome package and wristbands from her. We did try but found out she was only available from 2pm to 7pm. We expressed we had plans during those times and she still continued to call, message and leave us notes. We did finally manage to catch up to her she wanted to know where my husband was. I informed her, I was there with my daughters, and my husband was at home she set 2 wristbands on the counter and dismissed me. No welcome package or anything further. I loved this resort and would have loved to give it 5 stars throughout, but she really ruined it for me.

Such a peaceful property , we walked the beach to the lava lava club where we had breakfast with our feet in the sand , and the grounds of our property were just lovely, plumeria scattered on the walk ways and tiki torches lined the evening sky … view from our room was breath taking …. Overall a very nice property. VERY convenient shopping and dinning w/ market just steps across the parking lot. Ground were very nice. Close to a small coffee spot and very friendly staff. Centrally located to all parts of the island with abundant parking. Wish they had better early morning rooster noise control!
