かなり古いです。 部屋の掃除・タオル交換・ドリンキングウォーター補充は、依頼しないと行われない。 ホテル入口前は喫煙場。 網戸なし。草履あり。ハンガーラック・ハンガーあり。シャワー・バスタブあり

施設そのものは古いですが、特に問題はありませんでした。エアコンも家庭用の物が入っており非常に静かです。ホテル周辺からの騒音もなく快適に眠れました。高雄駅、六合夜市にも近く立地も良かったです。ただお風呂、トイレに換気扇がないのは気になりましたが。夫婦2人で宿泊しましたが、妻には施設が古いため不評でした。チェックアウト後に荷物も預かってもらえ、対応も親切でした。

必要なものは揃っています。

ハード面では老朽化がありますが、タイルのヒビまでちゃんと修繕の手入れがされていて、しっかり目が届いているなぁと感じました。お湯はちゃんと出ますし水圧も良好です、排水も大丈夫、エアコンもちゃんと効きます。高雄駅から徒歩7分ぐらいです。近くにコンビニや食事ができるところ、雑貨屋や果物屋さんもあって立地は良好です。フロントのお姉様方も笑顔で感じがよいです。

難過的一夜

浴室的鏡子 非常爛，整個 鏡面佈滿點點的咖啡色斑點， 可能是 裡面的什麼成份 脫落，也不換新。 抽水馬桶 的沖水設備 非常 落伍， 使用壓桿式的， 沖水聲音超級 大聲。 隔音設備非常差。 空調 會發出 咧咧的聲音，還會斷斷續續 出現 呼呼的風聲，好像鬼在叫一樣， 棉被也非常差， 內外兩層之間 輕輕一拉 就散掉。 花了3000元 一晚， 竟然住這麼爛的 旅館 !!! 旅館招牌 看起來很浪漫， 外觀也還可以 ，但沒想到裡面那麼 爛 !!!

不要被騙了⋯⋯簡單整體來說就是間砲房⋯小又髒，隔音整個差，過年期間這麼小的房間竟然還收到3600太誇張了

真是很不好的經驗，廁所沒有抽風，也沒窗戶，上廁所的臭味只能靠浴室門打開通風，導致整個房間都很臭，地板和室內拖鞋都有黏黏的感覺，真的很糟糕。

旅店位置雖不算近高雄車站(步行約10分鐘)，但樓下就有屈臣氏，行多兩步有7-11，其對面有Family Mart，另一方向晚上有小吃檔，故尙算方便。旅店房間空間足夠，乾淨企理，缺點是床較軟，不太舒適，浴室沒有浴簾，但房價經濟實惠，所以下次仍會入住。

写真と実物の落差がありすぎ。最低限の家具はあるものの、アメニティは全くなし。防音もなく、水を流す音や話し声が丸聞こえ。Wi-Fiがなんとか繋がることとエアコンが動いたことのみが評価点。受付の人は親切な人ばかりでした。

還行，要住宿可選高一點的樓層，住三樓旁邊就是街道，尤其飯店前面就是夜總會，會有很多改裝車經過，有點吵

以前の口コミ内容と比較しての感想

２泊しました。以前の口コミと比較してですが、２年前には朝食についての記述がありますが、現在朝食は提供されてません。7Fの元朝食会場は物置になってました。 一番困ったのは、バスルームに換気設備が全くないこと。部屋のエアコン除湿に頼るしかなく（窓を開けると、目前はドブ川で蚊が入ってきます）持参してた紙が湿気を帯びるほどでした。バスルームは、素人DIYなリフォームです（これ自体は不快ではない）問題は、バスタブを撤去した跡と思われるシャワースペースの排水が悪く、排水が洗面所にどんどん流れてしまうことと、他人の長い髪が数本見られたこと。 そして、自分の宿泊した部屋のフロアはどうも「ご休憩フロア」らしく、夜の９時過ぎまで掃除用のカートがEV前にあり、騒々しかったこと。その割には、自室の掃除は忘れ去られてました。フロントからのroom clean?のコールさえ無かったのは、台湾のホテルでは初めての経験でした。 スタッフで親切だったのはチェックアウト時のメガネをかけた若い女性だけかな。あとは、外出時にカギを預けようと思ったらフロントには誰もおらず、呼んでも返事がなく仕方なく鍵を持ってホテルを出ようとしたら、タバコを吸っていた若い男性とか、英語を理解できない深夜勤務のおばちゃんとか… ２年前の口コミと比較してのサービス劣化が目立ちました。居心地よければ宿泊をのばそうかとも思いましたが、予定通り２泊で切り上げました。同じ価格帯で他に良い条件のホテルがいくつもありましたので。 1Fにはwatsons（薬屋）とセブンイレブンがテナントで残ってます。雨天時には便利だと思います。

spend a little more and stay elsewhere

group of 5 traveling together and booked 5 separate rooms. the condition of the hotel and rooms are extremely outdated, old, and to say the least odd. One of the rooms had a fishy smell and the staff was less than helpful to switch rooms or clean the room. one of the rooms had the shampoo and body wash next to the toilet instead of the tub. it was impossible to take a shower and reach the soap. the only good thing about this place is how close it is to the mrt. there are not alot of restaurants or activities near the hotel.
