Very nice hotel that could reach everywhere. The 24 hours tea time service at the basement is great. And the people are so nice with great service. The room is good and big. If the checkout time could be at noon will be even perfect.

WONDERFUL from start to finish, excellent service and awesome food selection. stylish design and the in room bathtub jacuzzi is amazing Access to the lounge with all day long snacks and beverages. Stone throw to the Love river and glory pier and all the major attractions. The best place to stay in kaohsiung for sure and perhaps the best in Taiwan

Had a great stay!

The location is quite convenient to go to the river side and you can walk quite a lot of interests. The staff is polite and things are smooth. If their English is a bit better, that would have been more helpful. They have snack bar and have tons of dessert choices with some savory food. We used the place after dinner desert fix!

It’s a beautiful hotel. Great rooms and accommodating. My one hang up is the hotel staff at the front desk has ice in their veins. I have never been treated so coldly checking into a hotel before and I’ve travelled all around Asia. Maybe that was just the couple employees I was dealing with at the time and the rest are great, I’m not sure. Overall though, it was a great stay.

What an absolutely fantastic hotel. Loved our stay here and in Kaoshiung. We wished we would have stayed longer. We had access to breakfast daily which was varied and plentiful. The staff were always so kind and helpful. We also took advantage of the downstairs lounge which offered beverages and light snacks, mostly sweet but some salty, such as congee. The room was well appointed and spacious. The only drawback for other guest who may not be a couple or close family might be the unique bathroom layout. The room was a full open concept. Bedroom bathroom all in one and exposed. Privacy was established with a heavy curtain and a mechanical black out shade. It didn't bother me at all, but it may be an issue for others. If we ever come back to Kaoshiung we will stay here again, without question!
