酒店設施不錯，但房間隔音不好，附近房間出入關門聲會很大，一晚被嚇醒很多次。鄰房開水音也會聽到。建議易醒的旅客自備耳塞。 餐廳早餐食物選擇不多，而且是自由入座，非由職員安排，易產生問題。就如有天早上我與同行人看到座位沒有人坐就決定坐位並放下一包紙巾，隨後又倒了2杯熱咖啡放到枱上，就出去選取食物，誰知回到座位時見到一位女士帶著小孩在坐著，我們也禮貌提醒是有人坐的，但那女士竟大聲說是她們坐的，而且是服務員安排的，我當下也不明白服務員為何會安排有擺放餐點的位置給其他客人，同時當下所有服務員聽到有客人爭執也沒有人理會或解釋安排。當下真的很生氣，還要是我們主動拿點餐點在換位置，其中一人手拿2杯熱咖啡換位置時也不小心被燙到半杯咖啡濺出到地上。新年出遊竟遇上這樣的事情真的很掃興。 建議酒店要想辦法去避免這些事情，如可在入餐廳登記房號時就分發一個“用餐中”牌子，給客人放在自己坐的枱上，離開時交還，這樣可以避免服務員或被控訴是服務員重覆安排位置。（其實枱上都有餐點我也不明白怎樣會接受安排這枱座位）
