It's an older hotel....it's really nice and clean.Its also very comfortable...only problem is check out time (on the weekend) with only two elevators and it took over 20 minutes to get to Lobby from 16th floor.

The staff was excellent and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. Meals at the restaurants were wonderful creations of tastes and smells. The room was comfortable and quiet. Loved having 3 chairs for 2 people staying in the room. All around a wonderful stay in a fun city. Thank you

Though a little old. You can tell the hotel is thinking for the guests and have prepared the details for guests in terms of the amenities and the layout. We have stayed before and liked the swimming pool but it’s closed die to covid.

The property is older but well maintained especially the room. Staffs are helpful and courteous. I did find it odd that the hallway carpet wasn't replaced sooner. It is wrinkled and worn thin. Not even a high cost item to replace, relatively.

Check in 時，櫃檯說要訂單編號，剛好那時無法登入網站，我問他是否有其他的方法，他一副沒有辦法的樣子，後來我提供了英文姓名，他看了很久，然後又詢問我的電話，過程感覺很像實在被審問，住了那麼多飯店，從來沒有發生過這種情形，真的很錯愕，然後用宣示的口吻說不提供備品，吹風機要在浴室使用，說話的方式令人不舒服，連早餐的用餐地點還要我詢問他才說，早餐也是非常陽春，房間裏連拖鞋也沒有，因為喜歡房間大，才選擇有兩個房間的家庭房， 20坪的房間，格局不好，不會再去這家飯店了，
