Enjoyable stay

Older style hotel but very good level of service. Room lacking in modern features like USB & HDMI ports. It'd be better if the gym can have longer opening hours. Breakfast also recommended.

Good old school

An old school style hotel with fast water flow and full amenities provided, which is welcoming since all other hotels already moved toward more sustainable practices. Rooms are clean and kept updated.

It is not easy to walk to the hotel from MRT San Duo station in hot summer days, it is about 15 min walk,or it costs 85 NT by taxi. The hotel is old but clean.

This is an old hotel with some great features. The Chinese restaurant on the 40th floor is really good with some stunning view of the city skyline. The shared facilities are well looked after but our room was a little run down. The toilet was noisy and the Aircon and fridge didn't work. Besides that the room was very spacious with a good bed.

Overall it is a reasonable accommodation. It is a bit dated and needs some maintenance. Swimming pool and gym are free to the guests but not the sauna.

Our room was very spacious with an excellent view over the city. The large bath tub was also a treat though the other facilities were a little dated. We also loved the dining room which played a tourist video of the city's activities. However, the breakfast was not of 4 star standard. Some items were not replenished, the coffee machine not regularularly serviced and some hot items were cold and healthy breads not available. More attention to detail is needed.

The facility are a bit old-fashioned but perfectly maintained. The staffs, fluent English and Japanese speaker available, are all awesome and very kind. The only flaw we noticed was the location, which is a little far from the center of the city and even the nearest subway station. You should choose taxis and buses rather than subways for commuting.

The temperature was over 90°F everyday during our stays. The AC was not working. They switched us to new room. It was still not working. The staffs tried everything to make our rooms cooler but the room temperature was still above 85F. I think the hotel is old. They need renovations.

의외로 걱정했던 주차나 인근 식당 등은 불편함도 없었고 도전했던 식당들은 다 아주 만족했습니다. 근데... 대만이 다 그런지는 모르겠지만 5성급임에도 어메니티 퀄리티가 너무 떨어졌고, 수건도 정말 박하게 주네요 ㅠ 저희층 로비에선 바퀴벌레 한마리 봤고, 저희 어머니 방에선 화장실 천장 전등쪽에서 물이 샜는데 그냥 닦아주고 끝났습니다. 합선으로 불이 날까 불안하셨다고 해요. 직원분들은 대체로 친절하지만 한두분은 좀 불친절하셨고.. 웬만하면 조식으로 실망안하는편인데 조식은 정말 역대급으로 먹을게 없었습니다. 예전에 베트남에서 0.5박으로 지냈던 2성급호텔정도 되는 것 같아요. 바나나나 사과 같은건 이른시간에 단체여행객들이 다 싹 쓸어가서 그나마도 더 먹을 게 없었네요 ㅠ 뭐 요리들이 다 같은 재료로 양념만 다르게 재탕한 것 같고.. 기본빵도 이렇게나 맛이 없다니 ㅠ 조식은 진짜... 신청하지마시고 근처에 만두집이나 로컬 식당 괜찮은곳 도보로도많고 과일가게나 베이커리도 있으니 조식 절대 비추입니다.... 수영장 물도 28도로 차가워서 아기는 30분도 안돼서 입술이 보라색이 되어 나왔으니 기대하지마세요(온수탕도 운영안합니다) 맘같아선 여러가지 이슈로 얘기하고 싶었지만 그냥 별 말 안하고 나왔습니다. 오래되고 관리잘된 일본느낌의 케어를 기대했지만.. 그냥 오래된 호텔이었네요. 아 참고로 저희방은 에어컨도 잘 안됐답니다(방바꾸기 귀찮아서 그냥씀)
