good hotel with great service - staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and neat and very clean. the location is very convenient with lots of restaurants around the area, and it is within walkable distance to Pier 2 the art district.

A very good hotel close to the Kaohsiung port. You can reach all the sightseeing locations either by walk or using the local public transport, which is very convenient

Nice, spacious and clean room. Very close to the harbor, walkable to most of the places around the harbor. I didn’t use the fitness and dining facilities but according to the hotel information there are quite a few dining options.

Good location, 15 minutes walk to pier 2 art district. Nice swimming pool and breakfast. Staffs are very friendly and efficient. Room is large with great harbor view, we really enjoy our stay at this hotel.

Beautiful property, superb service, everyone more than helpful and very gracious. The rooms are quite lovely with great views and wonderful beds and bedding. The hotel has a number of restaurants and a Stunning food court on the lower level as well as a supermarket and pharmacy. They have it all. Susan - April 2025

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. We were greeted with a small gift of pineapple cakes after getting to our room. As we were headed out for our activities on the second day the cleaning staff went out of their way to flag us down and ask if we wanted our room cleaned. Only a short 10 min walk away from the Central Park MRT station. Also a short walk to the piers and waterside views.

I stayed for 6 nights and found it pleasant. After more than 24 hours of flying, a 2-hour high-speed train ride from the north to KHH, followed by an MRT, we arrived at the hotel early, around 9 a.m. We were exhausted. The front desk said we could be charged half a day or 30% more. We were shocked, but they were kind enough to offer us a shower in the fitness center.

It was a cool hotel with a gym and plenty of dining options available in the same building! The staff were helpful and gave us some pointers on how to take the public commute. The only small suggestion we had was to renew some of the lamps, which may start to look old. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
