The hotel is old and room have smell of smoke, even it is a non smoking room. Near to Railway station, which is very convenient. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel turned out to be a great value. The amenities are decent, the room is clean, and the overall environment is quiet, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always greeting guests and offering assistance when needed. One of the nicest touches is the snack bar on the 1st floor, which offers free cookies, crackers, coffee, and milk tea throughout the day. It’s a small detail, but it really adds to the experience. The elevator is convenient and easy to use, with no long waits. For the price, this hotel delivers more than expected. Great bang for your buck, and I would definitely stay here again.

I loved our traditional room, and the public baths! It was so relaxing and so nice to experience a traditional Japanese Ryokan. I highly recommend to everyone! The staff was so welcoming and friendly, and the tea and snacks were delicious!

値段と考えると必要十分だとは思いました。hotels com上では朝食無料と記載されていましたが、実際は無いとのことでした。ただ、鳳山駅にはとても近く、翌朝早くに台鉄で移動がある場合には、とても便利なロケーションです。なお、周囲に飲食店はあまりないので、高雄中心街など出たほうがよいです。

客室は広さもあり問題ないレベル、スタッフも問題なし。 朝食のサービスは無くなってしまったが、20時まで1階のエレベーター横の部屋（元朝食会場）が解放されお菓子や飲み物（珈琲やジュースなど。ドリンクバーによくある機械が設置）が自由にとれるようになっている。 正直な感想として、悪くない。むしろ意外と穴場？ 位な印象を受ける。 ただ、問題があるのは立地。高雄駅から少し東側の台鉄鳳山が最寄りになる事。MRT鳳山駅からだと1km程度距離がある。一つ先のMRT大東駅からの方が少し近いくらい。また、ホテル近辺に飲食店などは少なく20時を過ぎると飲食店が閉まり始める。もしも夜に食事を買いたくなった場合はMRT鳳山駅の南側（中山路付近）が夜まで活気があり24時間営業している飲食店もあるためそこまで行くと良い。youbikeがホテルの目の前にあるので、それを使えば苦痛は少なくて済む。 高雄のざっくりとした立地などが分かっているのであれば金額を考えるとかなりお得なホテルと言えると思う。
