The hotel is simple and clean lodging with a perk of the availability of washer and dryer free of charge. It locates across the street from the tram station for easy connection to MRT to get to airport or high speed rail station.

Was surprised by condition of hotel especially in this area. Carpet and furniture worn and stained and laundry machines were quite old. But laundry was free beds larger than expected and very comfortable. Best part was the pleasant and helpful staff. Everyone from the housekeepers to the front desk staff went out of their way to keep us stocked with coffee and towels work the machines and get us around town. We are very grateful for all their help.

Although this place didn't workout for our trip but the location is excellent. Pros - Excellent location within walking distance to Museum, Hospital, and most importantly the light rail station that covers most sightseeing location - Offers in house laundromat before 22:00 or there is a coin laundromat nearby. A must for humid environment. - Wu Ma Jia Dumpling behind the hospital is a great spot food if not want to travel - Near Costco when take light rail. - Does offer handicap bathroom. Cons Due to me with an elderly, there are some area may need to watchout for. - flooring material before entering the building can be slippery when wet. - the facility is dated so might be an issue with smell and older appliance. - Temperature control is to be desired. - Room is small and can be an issue for elderly. For these reasons I had cancel the booking and the Staff is great and willing to negotiate the refund while I contact Expedia. For backpackers or city excursion focus, this can be a good spot. Side note, bus is good but make sure you understand the time table and route. can be confusing.
