Service is fantastic. Staff really go above and beyond to make your trip feel special. Food is great. Make sure you ask about all food allergies, as some menu item’s dietary warnings do not match actual ingredients, but the staff are more than knowledgeable enough to warn against potential issues! Pool was amazing, and there were always chairs available! Butler service and cart service were incredibly useful and always available. Rooms were cleaned constantly. Regret leaving so soon, and looking forward to going back!!

I’ve traveled to Cancun every September for my birthday for the last 4 years. Every year, I visit a different hotel. I thought Secrets would be hard to beat, but TRS Yucatan was hands down my favorite resort so far! The staff are amazing in all departments, and the butlers are extremely helpful and thoughtful. I LOVE that they have a cart service available 24/7 to take you around the resort and to the other 3 neighboring resorts, and we’re now planning a big family trip there next year.

I absolutely LOVED staying at this hotel/resort!! The staff were extremely friendly, took well care of my family and I. Navigating the resort was easy as there were always carts available for guests to hop on. The butlers ensured they addressed every one of our needs. The rooms were thoroughly clean. The pool, drinks, and food were splendid as well. I highly recommend staying here for your next vacation in Tulum! Thank you Samuel and Mafer for everything! - Davis family

What truly stood out to us was the hospitality. The staff members we interacted with were friendly, respectful, and committed to making our experience enjoyable. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help made a genuine difference. A luxury resort is not just about the rooms, pools, or restaurants. It’s also about the people who create the experience, and the staff at TRS Yucatan played an important role in making our stay memorable. We appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming approach throughout our visit.
