The property itself is absolutely beautiful and HUGE! I loved that staying at White Sand gave me access to three different hotels on the property, which made the resort feel like there was always something new to explore. There were so many beautiful areas to walk around, relax, eat, and enjoy.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Grand Palladium White Sand! We had an amazing time, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Erick, our concierge! His customer service skills were a 10/10. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and very quick to respond whenever we needed anything. He definitely went above and beyond to make our stay even better. 2nd time staying here this time in the whitesands area. Highly recommend exploring the different areas in the resort since there are differences in food, pool layout and amenities. The food was great and the front desk staffs was available via a WhatsApp chat to schedule all restaurants and events. The 1 negative is that the lobby bar wasn't open until 7am (no coffee) and no alcohol until 10am. Only the sports bar was open but the bar is some distance away from the whitesands lobbies with the shuttle only working from 7am onwards. For someone who wakes up early i felt trapped in the whitesands area unless I wanted to walk a mile to the sports bar. Highly recommend for families with kids but for adults there isn't much to do past 9pm.

All the staff were vey knowledgable, always helpful and friendly. The food was great with lots of options at all the show cooking buffets and the menus at the à la cartes were well laid out!! The CHIC Cabaret was the highlight of our entertainment regime. We were sad that both Canada and Mexico lost their FIFA football games while we were there cheering them on. The room was very nice, and although the beach was unusable while we were there, the pools more than made up for it. So many to choose from!! Our concierges, Cielo and David were both very responsive and attentive to our needs. We appreciated their assistance very Much!! We will be back!!
