The staff was amazing. They did a wonderful job, always friendly, prompt, helpful, and effective. The food was excellent, drinks plentiful, and amenities as described. The wildlife was amazing including iguanas, coaties, agouties, friendly cats, and beautiful birds. The beach was fantastic, though not typical with a short trip from amenities to the ocean, a rocky ledge to walk past, and lots stars brought in by the tide. It was fantastic all the same.

I had an amazing stay at Grand Palladium, and I especially want to recognize Erick for his wonderful service. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout my stay. He always made sure I was comfortable and was genuinely helpful whenever I needed anything.

The overall stay was great. we enjoyed the white sand pool area, best restaurant was Bahia e Brasa and preferred the buffet at La Colonial area. We upgraded to the suite with the separate living area and this was definitely worth it. Having a separate area to lounge apart from the bedroom felt more comfortable. As Expedia VIP, our concierge was very helpful - thank you Erick. On our second day I realized it was the pillows that were giving me an allergic reaction and he was very prompt in arranging a replacement pillow. We would return to White Sands Palladium.

The property itself is absolutely beautiful and HUGE! I loved that staying at White Sand gave me access to three different hotels on the property, which made the resort feel like there was always something new to explore. There were so many beautiful areas to walk around, relax, eat, and enjoy.

The concierge Erick for the villas 58-59 was the absolute best. He handled all our reservations was extremely flexible in changing plans for us if needed. He took initiative and really allowed us to just relax. Also made sure we come back to a nice treat after every excursion. We had a few issues with service as to be expected through our trip. He went out of his way to make sure the issues were fixed and would not happen again and we didn’t even have to tell him. He was just checking on things behind the scene. Would definitely recommend this resort and if you could stay in villa 58 or 59 you will have the absolute best vacation possible. Thanks Erick. See you soon

I truly enjoyed my stay at Grand Palladium White Sand! We had an amazing time, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Erick, our concierge! His customer service skills were a 10/10. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and very quick to respond whenever we needed anything. He definitely went above and beyond to make our stay even better.
