2nd time staying here this time in the whitesands area. Highly recommend exploring the different areas in the resort since there are differences in food, pool layout and amenities. The food was great and the front desk staffs was available via a WhatsApp chat to schedule all restaurants and events. The 1 negative is that the lobby bar wasn't open until 7am (no coffee) and no alcohol until 10am. Only the sports bar was open but the bar is some distance away from the whitesands lobbies with the shuttle only working from 7am onwards. For someone who wakes up early i felt trapped in the whitesands area unless I wanted to walk a mile to the sports bar. Highly recommend for families with kids but for adults there isn't much to do past 9pm.

All the staff were vey knowledgable, always helpful and friendly. The food was great with lots of options at all the show cooking buffets and the menus at the à la cartes were well laid out!! The CHIC Cabaret was the highlight of our entertainment regime. We were sad that both Canada and Mexico lost their FIFA football games while we were there cheering them on. The room was very nice, and although the beach was unusable while we were there, the pools more than made up for it. So many to choose from!! Our concierges, Cielo and David were both very responsive and attentive to our needs. We appreciated their assistance very Much!! We will be back!!

We recently stayed at the resort for our honeymoon, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The absolute highlight of our trip was the incredible service provided by our concierges, David and Cielo. They were beyond welcoming, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay unique and memorable. They surprised us with beautiful honeymoon decorations in our room and even thoughtfully set up play kitchens for our daughter, Elena! Their warmth and attention to detail made us feel so special. The only downside of our stay happened on the very first day. We had requested a crib in advance during booking, but when we arrived, it wasn't in the room. I had to call the front desk multiple times before it was finally delivered, which caused a bit of unnecessary stress right at the beginning of our trip. Aside from that initial hiccup, everything else was fantastic! Beautiful resort, great atmosphere, and top-tier hospitality from David and Cielo. We would definitely recommend staying here—just make sure to double-check crib requests at check-in!

Our stay was AMAZING!!! Staff were so helpful when we arrived for answering all of our questions. The resort was sooo beautiful and maintained so well. We had the opportunity have concierge messaging and I that was sooo helpful! Transportation around the resort was speedy and convenient. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The pools were so easy to find chairs despite the ocean not being the best due to the sargassum. The food at Sumptori was by far the best. Looking forward to trying other options whenever we are able to return.
