The GP staff (e.g. front desk, activities and restaurants) really stood out as consistently more friendly and genuine than our previous resort. We’ve had many resort vacations in the Mayan Riviera and Grand Palladium has been our best experience so far. Also very good beach and restaurants.

The staff in family selection areas were extremely friendly. The cleanliness was great. And the variety of activities to do from day to day was amazing. Would definitely return! Recommend the tapanyaki restaurant as well as the nest for breakfast!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond. Clean resort. Clean room. Food was good. No line ups, no problems getting reservations. Pools were easily accessible and more than enough chairs for everyone

This is by far our favorite resort. Absolutely kids friendly, with so many activities planned throughout the week. Family Selection is a must if you have kids. It gives you access to all the perks and allows for the parents to enjoy Adults Only part of the resort while the children can stay in the Kids Center under great supervision. We travel with my kids, parents and siblings and we always book family selection. Delicious food, amazing time and great staff! We loved Maria and Israel at Family Selection Pool, our butler Daniel and driver Fernando. They made our stay extra special ☺️👏

It was an amazing expedition for a family of 8. Everything was always clean and the butlers were very responsive in the family selection section. There were plenty of food and activities to do. However, note that lay of the activities get booked up really fast.
