Loved the swim out balcony in every room and the 24 hr room service. There are alot of options whether you want a quiet relaxing day or dancing and enjoying the nightlife. Loved the buffets and taco stand and swim up bar.

I love the staff and the people. They were so nice friendly and accommodating. The property was beautiful and the rooms were nice and clean daily. The upgrades were dated but it still looked nice and everything worked in the room. The only thing that I didn’t like was the sales demo meeting. There was a rude guy who says he is the hotel owners Kim or nephew and he wasn’t very friendly and convincing when trying to close a sales pitch or offer for the vacation packages. My wife and I were appalled and very upset. But again the property was nice and we had fun.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were one of my favourite parts of the trip. The entertainment was great! I had the best French toast and pizza here! The property was full of beautiful flowers and plants everywhere! Lots of wildlife we seen iguanas, small lizards, coatis and raccoons which was very exciting for me! The swim out and ocean view from our room was stunning! The beach was a little underwhelming because of the seaweed but we also went in May during that season and the staff was working endlessly to clean it!

We had a great 2 weeks! The staff all worked hard to meet any needs we had. The food was good for an AI. We stayed on the seaside , the only complaint was the walls between the rooms we not sound proof at all. If I were to come back I would stay on the Palms side.

I was disappointed as this is advertised as a beach front hotel. Tjis is on the beach however it isn't accessible, and the seaweed was a big issue this season which isn't the hotel's fault but it did impact the stay and any time at the beach was unpleasant because of the piles and smell. My main complaint is the constant hustling done by staff. It starts as a guise to ask about your stay and turns into are you interested in membership. This happened daily and multiple times a day. Too much in my opinion. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the grounds well kept and maintained. The food and entertainment were well done
