The room was clean. I appreciated the attention to detail in them having rounded the corners to the little area I'm assuming was for luggage. The young man working the desk was very friendly.. I would stay again.

The breakfast offerings are satisfactory. It's a great, convenient hotel for one or two nights. The room is a bit tight, but suitable for a short stay.

I loved our stay. Clean rooms and staff is very nice. The pancake machine is the best! Breakfast could have more choices but the pancake machine makes up for it. Just wish complimentary water was left in the rooms.

I had an amazing stay at the Tru Hotel ! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The location couldn’t be better near airport . The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed! I’d highly recommend .

I had a great stay at Tru Hotel! It’s super convenient—just minutes from the airport, which made my travel so much easier. The hotel felt brand new clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. What really stood out was the staffevery single person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You can tell they take pride in creating a great experience. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in town!

This was my first time staying at a Tru hotel. It was great. The bathroom and the room were roomy. Nice breakfast options. Free coffee in the lobby was a nice bonus.

Hotel rooms are nice too close to airport runway you could hear the planes land and take off I had to leave a day early family emergency and couldn’t get a refund was told that I should have booked with hotel directly will do that next time to see if that is better feel as though I got robbed

This property seems pretty updated. Staff was friendly. The rooms and lobby were clean. The breakfast spread offered is AMAZING. The only complaint is the pillows are complete garbage. Also yes you can hear the planes coming and going, but it wasn’t terrible. Overall this was a great place to stay, but ask for extra pillows.

Cute entrance with great check-in. Didn’t notice that one of the beds had dirty sheets until getting in the bed. Call front desk and they brought clean sheets and changed the bed. Otherwise nice cold rooms with good A/C. Cute setup.

My new favorite hotel when in KC! The property and rooms were so clean. The staff was excellent. So kind and welcoming, very courteous and helpful as well. Breakfast was a standard hotel continental breakfast but good. I love that they have 24/7 coffee available. Even the TV is personalized with your name as a greeting. The only downfall was not a lot of food or shops in the immediate area or walking distance, but they still weren’t far away… Only about five minutes down the highway.
