The staff is the highlight of this hotel. Well-trained, patient and professional. Big shoutout to the staff in the rooftop bar and restaurant for being so much fun. Also, the bed was wonderful and the shower was everything a girl dreams of.

We checked in and went straight to the pool area. We absolutely loved the set up. This pool would be great for a family vacation like we did, or a friends trip. Poolside service was a plus! Our room was great as well, very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy, once we discussed it with the front desk. They were so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot!

The Fontaine is a very chic hotel walking distance to the Plaza. The rooftop pool is a great place to spend a day and staff were super friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the rooms could use some maintenance. Our bathroom door was broken upon arrival (but quickly fixed, just seemed like a common occurrence), and the toilet flushing created a loud and long grinding sound. We lost something we were looking under beds/cabinets for and noticed a lot of dust and debris. But otherwise the beds were clean. A lot of the outlets around the beds didn’t work. We were only there two nights and didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so it wasn’t a big deal to us. That aside, staff were amazing (especially pool staff), location is great, and pool was awesome.
