The rooms are clean and very comfortable and the staff is amazing in this pet friendly hotel. They are all friendly and remember me when I return for medical procedures I have to have done in the city. The hotel has a small, comfortable courtyard that is partially shaded with trees. The kitchen area is perfect for casual needs and the hotel is more than willing to accommodate any needs you might have. I will always stay at this facility for future trips and the location is very good for access to the major highways.

Staff were amazing! Police were always messing with people on foot patrol or parking in the parking lot. Homeless people were always sitting around and going inside the room. Tesla workers used the parking lot taking up space for the guests.

The entire staff is very friendly and accomidating. I have stayed there at 4 different occasions in the last year and each visit is exceptional for comfort, usefulness of the kitchenette, and the staff is awesome. They remember me each time I come back because I use often due to procedures at KU Med Ctr. I am able to take my pet with no problems and I love the fact that the floors are all hard material instead of carpet in the event of an accident. I will not stay anywhere else while in the KC area because the room prices are very reasonable, the area is very safe and convenient and there is a Quik Trip right across the street for most needs. You can't ask for a facility any more accomidating than thus one!

Extended stays can have a reputation for cleanliness, condition and guest quality. This hotel rose so far above my expectations. Check-in was quick and painless. My room was absolutely spotless. Lights on, great temperature, just as if the staff was waiting for me to arrive. Great area on a quieter street with gas and food right across the street. I recommend and will definitely stay again.

The staff was helpful and friendly, and the lobby and hallways were clean. However, the hallways on the first floor smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The room itself was clean. Overall, no bells and whistles here, but a clean, quiet stay.
