I like the comfort of this bed-and-breakfast The beds were comfortable to sleep in The bed-and-breakfast has a nice area with several porches. It was very close to the art museum and the plaza area. There is a park nearby that was beautiful. This is a place. I would definitely recommend.

This boutique hotel is wonderful. This is no staff there and you have a keyless entry with just a code. Very quiet and great location to the Art Center and country Club Plaza.

My husband and I were visiting Kansa City specifically to see the Nelson Atkins Museum collection and our location was fantastic. We walked over to the museum twice during our stay. We will stay here again when visiting the Nelson Atkins.

If you are someone that likes to control the thermostat in your room or likes it when management returns your messages, this is not the place for you. It was too hot and the thermostat was locked up. The worst part was when management simply ghosted me. I cant think of one reason to refer this place or go back.

A beautiful historical property nestled in the heart of one of Kansas City’s most beautiful areas. In addition to being so close to the iconic Nelson-Atkins Museum, there are so many great restaurant options, unique shopping, and much to see and do nearby. Great room... only small negatives for me were (1) not being able to control temp in the room, as it was quite warm during the day outside, so the room was warm at evening when returned, so I'm sorry that I did open the door / windows to let some cool air into the room... and (2) the frig is nice, but kinda small for when traveling. Otherwise, recommend this property!

The charm of this once private residence is a huge draw. The ease of parking and checking in/out is great! The bed was comfortable & the porch swing was delightful! We loved the vintage charm mixed with modern accommodations. If the carpet would get updated, this place would be perfect!

Nice property

The property is comfortable, and looks great. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and in the garden next to the water feature. The parking lot is very tight, and has just enough spots for 1 car per room. The location is very convenient with many restaurants within easy walking distance.

Great place for my husband and I to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The house was quaint, comfortable and great location for walking to plaza and restaurants. The only complaint I had was that the coffee was a Keurig cup and I'm kind of a coffee snob and wasn't impressed.

Our stay was very nice. A few things I would suggest is investing in some new better quality towels. Also it would be nice to have a small coffee table in front of the sofa , area to set drinks etc. The bathroom door does not stay closed ! Maybe a simple fix. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay
