The staff made our stay very enjoyable. From the front desk to the maids and bar personnel, we couldn’t ask for more excellent service. My only regret is that we came in late September and couldn’t take advantage of the lovely outdoor pool. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We will remember our trip for a long time and hope to return some time in the future. Thanks to all who made our stay memorable.

Besides the room itself, all the other areas of the property are in major need of updates or renovation -- parking garage, elevator, etc. are really run down and old looking. When I pulled into the guest parking garage, I thought I was booked a room in the hood. But luckily the room was nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was nice, but the bed felt a bit lumpy maybe time to replace. The hot water in the sink was scaldingly hot!

The room was very accommodating and the bed was comfortable. We liked the seating area with TV. Our bathroom sink didn’t drain well but it wasn’t a huge deal. The hotel location is close to restaurants and shopping which was nice. The bar and restaurant food was good and the service was efficient. Parking per day in the garage was high, but we expected it might be. This is an older hotel, but well maintained and room updates are modern.

Every thing was fine except the plumbing. The toilets were so low and with nothing to help like a bar or something. Our bathroom sink drained so so slow. The shower in the other room almost overflowed. A nice guy fixed the shower. Your employees were great.
