The Staff went above and beyond. Our flight was cancelled and during a time when we needed a win Ramada delivered. The jacuzzi is worth it, you can turn the tv towards it and relax.

The front desk staff was friendly and the pool was clean and nice to use. Our room, 212, did not blow out cold, or even cool air, and the refrigerator barely got cool at all. We stayed 2 nights and told the front desk on the first night about not having air conditioning. All he said was that he would tell maintenance about it on Monday. The beds were on uncomfortable metal frames that made a lot of noise and the pillows were tiny and flat. The only thing decent about breakfast was the biscuits and gravy and make your own waffles. They ran out of most things and only had the front desk person working during breakfast, so you would have to say when something was out and hope he got to it before you gave up waiting and left. On Sunday they didn't have cups for coffee and we had to use the small juice cups which worked out because they didn't have any juice once the first pitcher was empty.

Fantastic stay! Room was big and clean and quiet. The AC kept the room cool, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was spotless! The hotel staff was very kind and polite. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and will absolutely stay there again.
