The hot tub was great. The pool was very chilly but nice as well. The phone had incorrect room number. No alarm clock, no wakeup call available. Staff was nice enough. Room is nice size. No frills. No laundry available. Parking is tight. Well lit. Partial sidewalk. Checkin is through a kiosk. First night the key cards were not working. It took a long time to check in, over 30 minutes before helpful staff member explained issue. I didn’t stay first night. Does serve a breakfast.

We had a nice two-night stay here while in Kansas City for basketball games at Homefield Courts. It’s the perfect mid-level hotel for anyone looking for great value—we really didn't want to spend a fortune on lodging while traveling for basketball, and this was an excellent choice. The room was the perfect retreat from the extreme heat—the air conditioning worked incredibly well, and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the hotel’s quiet, peaceful location. Everything was booked through Expedia at a very reasonable price, and we would definitely choose to stay here again for future trips to the courts!

Really Small hotel. Clean and does have a small breakfast selection. You can never go wrong with waffles,sausage, eggs, apple or orange juice, selections of teas and bagels and muffins. Nice staff and close to States Ave. Felt safe as a single traveler as well. Close to quick bites and the highway. Will recommend!

The breakfast was adequate. Overall, the hotel was very run down. The hot tub should have just been renamed tub. I’ve stood on warmer rainstorms. The only saving grace was we got a room with a jetted tub.

Our stay was good. We were only there for one night. The breakfast was okay but would have preferred a couple more options and the coffee machine was broken. When my son went to take a shower the water would only come half out of the shower head, not fully. When we went to notify the staff at the desk I'm not sure if he didn't understand what I was telling him or he just didn't care so the rest of our family were unable to take showers while we were there. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and the TV had tons of channels.

Clean rooms

Room and bathroom were clean. My room had a few ladybugs, but they didn’t bother us at all. Overall happy with the stay.
