The staff at the front desk (both the night we checked in, as well as a different guy in the morning) were excellent—really responsive and gave above & beyond customer service. Room was good. Wish the “pantry” and morning breakfast had a little more variety. Good coffee and helpful breakfast staff.

Room was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The breakfast was exceptional because the eggs and sausage tasted good. They had very good orange juice and apple juice. Everything at breakfast was very clean Hot coffee with all sorts of creamers.

The room was heavily scented--like old lady perfume and the "gym" was one treadmill and a non-functioning elliptical machine. The gym was also very warm and the a/c didn't put too much air to cool it off. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable

We stayed with our puppy and everything was clean and room location was perfect for those frequent trips outside (walk down past two rooms and straight out the doors). Only complaint was the deodorizer used for cleaning was a bit heavy smell-wise. It definitely works, though.

The stay was fine, the room was very spacious, and was clean for the most part, though the remote was sticky and that grossed me out. The bathroom door did not latch. When trying to open the fridge door the whole fridge moved, and not just a little bit.
