The hotel was in a great location and the staff was amazing. My only complaint is due to the firmness of the bed, it was extremely hard. Otherwise our trip and stay were fantastic.

Our #1 reason for choosing this hotel during football season every year, is the lobby bar with massive TV to catch football games! We love the location and don't have to spend a fortune to Uber places because it is very conveniently located for walking. The gym was a great way to start our day! We will continue to come back year after year for our annual chiefs game!

Great location right near the convention center and walking distance to the Power and Light district. Nice, affordable hotel with all the necessary amenities. Very friendly staff, from the front desk agents to the valet workers. Would definitely stay here again.

I love the gym staff the only problem was the air conditioning was not working so great our room would get hot and it was facing a building that looked abandon but other then that it was a nice place everything was conveniently close by.

First, to my amazement there were no glasses in the room or bathroom. I was told that they must be requested. That was an all-time first for me and VERY poor customer service. Second, WiFi speed was RIDICULOUSLY slow. See attached photo.
