Gorgeous hotel. Extremely clean when you walk in. Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was spectacular. Bathroom had a couple of areas that needed to be cleaned better (sorry, I am a neat freak) but overall the accomodations were beyond our expectations for a city hotel.

The staff was great! It’s the room that was not ideal. The pillows were flat and very well worn. The bed was like laying on bricks basically. The morning before checking out I went to go take a shower and there was zero hot water. I even let the water run for 3-4 minutes with no change in the temperature. After paying $386 for one night, I would’ve thought that the amenities would’ve been better.

This is a classic & well-maintained historic hotel. It was a pleasant surprise to see the entrance, great room, grand ball room & meeting rooms kept in their original state, yet the guestrooms have been tastefully updated with modern furnishings & accoutrements.
