I was very impressed by the staff! The gal working the front desk on the evening of 8/15/26 was a breath of fresh air. All the other staff members were friendly as well. And I can't leave a review without noting the breakfast! It's definitely the best free hotel breakfast.

Jacque in charge of breakfast is your biggest asset. She is friendly and seems to really care about the people she feeds. The contiinental breakfast under her watch is the best we've ever encountered over the 50 years of visiting KC. She gets a gold star from us.

This was SO worth it for the price! Staff was extremely friendly. We got fresh baked cookies upon check in, the room was clean, the amenities were all in order. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast but extremely clean and well kept up on. This hotel is also 13 minutes from the Starlight Theatre where our concert was. It was a very easy drive and even a great central- ish location to other KC touristy-things.

The breakfast is really good and convenient, the location is perfect to go for any sport match in the stadium, the room was good but we noticed some odor could be the carpet or just need a better cleaning. The front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. In general the Hotel was a good option to stay.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. I did noticed the walls in our room could use a wipe down and the door jams were smudged. It was a little noisy but nothing that wasnā€™t to be expected. The sounds of sirens and traffic was expected because of the location of the hotel by the highway and off/on ramps. This did not take away from the experience of our stay. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking lot was well lit and we had no trouble finding a parking spot. Breakfast was served between 6am and 10am, we got there around 9 and there were plenty of food left. They had 3 waffle makers and one made mini waffles. They had a variety to choose from including vanilla or strawberry waffle mix. Check out was easy and they remembered us from check in the previous day. Starbucks is within walking distance and there were plenty of options for food nearby. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.
