Property was nice and convenient to get to. The check in was not good because of Hampton international computer issues. The front desk lady and manager did what they could. Staff was kind and accommodating.

I really enjoyed my stay here. We stayed 5 days doing the blizzard so my daughter would only have a mile to drive to work. My Grandson and I had a ball doing the day.

The hotel room and public areas were very clean. Breakfast was pretty standard. Great location near Walmart and access to main roads. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. This is my 2nd stay at this hotel, and I'd definitely stay again.

Unexpected overnight stay

Unexpected overnight stay, easy reservation, checking in. Amenities were great. Bed was a little on the uncomfortable side but all in all I would stay again. Breakfast was a surprise, was expecting the usual biscuits and gravy but got potatoes, sausage and cheesy egg omelette instead was still good.

Pillows need to be refilled.

We have stayed here before and it’s a great place but the pillows are not good. I think they take 1/3 the filling out and put them in other pillows. Other than that, the hotel is great.

Overall good

Overall this was a good hotel The room could have been more soundproof. You can hear everything in the hall way and outside. There was no one around when we arrived to check in. Need more staff on site.

Overall I'm giving this a 5-star review. It's a really clean/fairly-new hotel. The bed was comfortable, room was large, lots of outlets, tasteful decor, everything worked, the lobby was clean, and the included breakfast was great for this price range. Two areas of improvement: (1) Desk chair was awful. I wouldn't be able to comfortably work a full day with that chair, and (2) the first night we were there, we had noisy neighbors. We could hear their conversations through the hallway door and wall. But otherwise, a great room.

No double room Hotels.com was wrong

When we arrived to check in I was informed that the hotel did not have a 2 room king suite and had no 2 room suites at all so I was forced to purchase another room. It wasn't the hotels fault but Hotels.com. i wish I would have known so I could have picked another hotel. Ended up costing me double the price for our stay, really disappointed with Hotels.com. May switch to something else. Don't like the new rewards system either.
