The hotel served a great breakfast, room was very clean and comfortable, staff (especially the man overseeing breakfast and the woman who checked us in) was very good, and the location was very close to the free trolley line. They also let us stash our luggage for the day while we explored the city -- our train wasn't leaving until 9 pm -- which was incredibly helpful. The hotel was just up the road from Union Station and WWI war memorial -- so convenient. Great place to stay!

I stayed 3 nights, not one single day did housekeeping come by. I had to request for them to come get the trash and they never came, on top of that I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. My overall stay wasn’t so pleasant. But the beds are comfortable. So if you don’t mind a dirty room, mid breakfast, then I guess you will be fine.

Room was clean but had a musty smell. Man at the front desk wasn’t welcoming - not outride rude but definitely not welcoming. Phone in the room wasn’t connected. Son had trouble getting onto the WiFi. Price was higher than I usually see for hotels up here but we stayed during the FIFA World Cup so that was the same with all they other hotels as well. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet which I can’t say for my recent stays at another hotel. We didn’t use the pool or any other amenities as we were just there to sleep and had a late check in. Overall I would stay there again.

We stayed for 3 nights over the Memorial weekend. It was very busy, but the hotel kept up with that. It was an excellent hotel that I would recommend. It was very quiet and the beds & pillows were very comfortable. I would have given this hotel a perfectd 5 rating, but we went to breakfast on Monday morning a little after 9 a.m. like we had done the previous 2 mornings. The breakfast room was closed and we had not been advised that it would close earlier that day nor had we seen any signs of its shorter hours. We almost ran out of toilet paper. Housekeeping made the bed and emptied the waste basket on the 2nd day. They did not notice that one of the toilet paper rolls was empty and there was not much left on the other. Having covers over the toilet paper dispensers makes it important that they be checked whenever housekeeping is in the room.
