booked non smoking, double queen bed room room for 4 nights. When we arrived they tried to put us in a single king bed room full of smoke and mold. Hotel refused to give us a cancellation receipt. Expedia said they showed no cancellation in their system. Hotel finally gave us a paper receipt after 2 hours of talking with Expedia and arguing with clerk at hotel. Very dishonest.
