The room was very clean and any staff that we encountered were very nice. We enjoyed the manager's reception and buffet breakfast very much. There was a snow storm and since many things were shutting down early they allowed early access to our room. On the 4th floor. Very clean!! Maid found a key thing my son in law left in the room, they had left I was in my room, she found we were family, gave it to me!
