A breakfast came with our stay, which included scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles fruit, oatmeal, cereal, etc that the staff maintained constantly. The food was fresh and good. From the front desk to the restaurants and housekeeping the staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay for two days with family. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and both the dinner snacks during happy hour and breakfast were amazing. The facility is well maintained, and the overall experience was very good. One drawback we noticed was that the bathroom exhaust fan in Room #325 was not working. Other than that, everything was great, and we will definitely stay here again when we visit KC.

Everything was absolutely great! Every time we entered the building we were greeted by family name acknowledged food was great breakfast and evening dinner Jennifer went above and beyond to make us feel more than welcome after 12 hour travel this place I highly recommend we traveled with a toddler , teen and young youth great experience this is a definite stay when we visit again!

Hotel area is fine. Hotel & room seemed clean. Stayed 4 nights and did not receive any housekeeping services until we asked (asked for towels, 3rd night asked for more towels, removal of dirty/damp towels, and linen change. They claimed that we weren’t serviced because we had our door tag up, but we confirmed to them it was only up during sleeping hours! We were busy the entire time and therefore did not utilize any of their amenities. Will stay again.
