Staying at your hotel was really a treat. With you being off Holmes and 105th Street it only took me 20 minutes to get to "where the action was." I liked the idea that you had quaint residences right across the street. I enjoyed myself so much I extended my visit to KC by an extra day. The staff was all very helpful especially the lady working the front desk on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The cook/server was friendly as well. Please continue your fine work.

The queen size bed was fine if you can sleep in the center. We were two people sleeping on a queen mattress fighting the slope on either side. The room was otherwise clean, up to date and pleasant. Ask for an odd room on the West side to see the sunset.

Parking was easy. And the night staff was helpful. But my room was gross. The hotel was at max capacity so there were no other rooms and it was late so I didn’t have a choice to leave. The walls were dirty with bbq sauce splatter, it was on the floor and it was on the bed. The night staff brought me clean sheets and extra sheets and towels which I also cover the floor with. Would not stay here again (yes it looks like the pics but I’d choose another facility)

This hotel is a good value. I was just passing through Kansas City, but it had more than I expected for the price. The staff were great, the area around it is ok, but be on the lookout after dark. One bigger dog was loose from a house chasing rodents, I’m a dog lover, but I’m not sure how it would react to hotel guests, even though it’s not their territory.

All of the staff were very friendly. The pool area, not the pool itself and windows in the pool area and the rooms were quite dirty. The rooms could also be improved upon as far as cleaning goes.
