Staff was responsive. Free morning coffee in the lobby was excellent. Disappointed about the at least 4 day delay fixing the main elevator, leaving one elevator for the entire hotel, which was a shared one with service (maids, etc.).

Loved the bluetooth speaker included in the room to use! The room was beyond our expectations, perfect for “getting ready” for events, and the smart fridge was a cool touch.
