We were scared when we first saw the exterior of the property. It is in terrible condition. But we decided to go inside. Let's just say it was definitely one of those "don't judge a book by its cover" experiences. So nice! And the staff was so helpful and welcoming!!! Great, clean room and breakfast was made to order (eggs over easy...sausage...and potatoes). So glad we stayed! Thanks!!!

The whole place is a little dated but certainly worth much more than I paid. My room was clean and cozy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. A big plus was the ‘to order’ breakfast that was included and I didn’t have go out in the cold & snow to have my other meals because the restaurant/bar was right off the lobby.

Staff is very nice. Place is quite dated. Mid century modern would be the description. Colors, flooring, bed linens, lamps all scream “welcome back to the 1970’s”. It’s hard to find a place that doesn’t have usb charging points somewhere, so bring your chargers. Coffee in room, but no sweetener. It is very clean and inexpensive so this is a good trade off. Except for the age the place is well maintained. I’d stay here again but it’s always good to know what you’re getting into.
