“This hotel was honestly exceptional from the moment we arrived (which started with a drink and lovely welcome gift). Staff were incredible and consistently went above and beyond. “Great location for exploring the town. The hot spring area was fabulous---clean and well maintained. You also have access to a larger hot tub/spring area in the larger hotel nearby. Men and women are separated but can converse over a low wall!! The food in the restaurant was fantastic--traditional Japanese fare. All in all a superior small hotel ( onsen)”

“どこも高くなってますけど、金額に見合った宿だと思いますよ。”

“全てが清潔かつ高級感があり、食事も美味しく大変満足でした。 1点だけ挙げるとするならば、外国人スタッフの方の説明が聞き取りづらく、あとで自分たちで確認しなければならない点が多かったことです。”

“Superb hospitality. Practically was treated like royalty and was the highlight of our trip and is going to be a lasting memory. We booked a room with private onsen and this was amazing. Food was also superb and portions are generous. The venue is located ontop of a steep hill. Only 10m walking distance from Arima Onsen Station but it is a steep hill so recommend using their shuttle service from the station if you are able to call them”
