This is a first class facility who know how to look after guests. We had an amazing stay at Atmosphere Kanifushi. By far the best vacation of our lives. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning views and plenty of relaxing spaces. Our water villa was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. There is so much to do on the island that one week wasn't enough. What stood out most was the exceptional service. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable, so it’s impossible to highlight just a few! I have been to many all-inclusive resorts, but none as nice as this one. The big difference maker was the people who work there, so friendly and accommodating. We stayed in an over the water, sunset villa. The room was great and the view was great. Arriving by seaplane was an added bonus to the trip. It felt like we were arriving at the "White Lotus". The food was great and the drinks were even better.

A paradise in Maldives

The resort has top quality in services, water sports, snorkelling and diving. The restaurants have top quality, I would recommend the vegan restaurant, and the Pier 6. It is 30m away from Male on complimentary seaplane flight kindly arranged by the hotel.

It’s a great resort, it’s about 2.4km so if you like to walk there is a lot of walking if not they have the buggy bus and it goes around the island so every 15 minutes a bus will pass by, you will download an app to track the buses and check how far from your location. It’s not really accurate so sometimes you have to wait a little more . My villa was a sunset villa and it was at the end of the island so I have to wait more, you could also get a bike I think it was $7 a day (I think that should be included with the room) . My villa was nice but I think they need to upgrade the furniture also they have seating area on the right side of the room and the Tv all the way to left side so if you want watch tv you have to sit on the bed or the floor it didn’t make since.

Excellent infrastructure, but poor service

We stayed in the pool water villa between January 3rd and 7th 2024. The room is excellent, a trully 5 stars room with all the amenities for an excellent confort. But the service offered by resort staff, among a few exceptions, unfortunately it not even close to a 5 star hotel. Our seaplane arrived at the hotel pier, and nobody was there to receive us. We saw on Youtube that they make a little party for every guest arriving, they receive the guests at the pier with a huge staff, playing maldivian drums, but no one was there on our arrival. Two different staffs entered our room in 2 different days while we were inside the room, totally unnaceptable for a 5-star hotel. Some of the staff around the hotel unfortunately doesn't smile at you, and looks rude or mad. Drinks at the bars have much more water than drink itself. The Spice restaurant is a buffet style restaurant, with a huge variety of food, but low quality standards. You see flies flying around the buffet all the time, and everytime you order a simple juice or Coke, they take forever to bring it (when they don't get your order wrong). Pier6 restaurant is totally different and a trully 5 stars experience. Food is delicious, and the young girl who serves at this restaurant is a very corteous attendant. They should get the Pier6 as example, and use it standards for the whole resort. They have a huge potential because their infrastructure is excellent, but they really need to train their staff to become a trully 5 star.

This was most certainly one of our best holidays! Place did exceed our expectations. Great food quality and choice, a lot of choices for excursions and local water-sports and snorkelling. Very kind, helpful and attentive staff. Unforgettable spa. They do have a kids club and small arcade to keep kids entertained. Would recommend to everybody.
