“Staff were friendly and very helpful. They even allowed for an early check-in when the room was fully prepared! That being said, compared to my last stay, the shortcomings were more obvious. The safe box in the room was not functioning and the air-conditioning was not as cold as it should be(my friend's room was ice cold to the point of condensation on the windows). “The family room is big and convenient with 2 basins. Rooms are clean & well kept. Nearby has quite a number of eating places and minimart. Location to all malls are quite a distance though.”

“Everything about the hotel was dirty. The carpeting, the rooms, the cafe where breakfast were served. The bathroom at least was clean but the showerhead was mouldy. Staff looked like they were just hanging around and not really bothered if you cared or not. None of the rooms, we booked 2, looked like what was advertised. We were really disappointed with this stay. Couldn't wait to check out.”
