Check in and out was very simple, done via machine but there are staff at check in desk to assist if needed. Luggage storage is available. Room was spacious with coffee table, chair and desk as well as bed and bathroom. Very close to the station for buses and trains as well as department stores and restaurants. Easy walk to all the key attractions in the city.

Fun in Kanazawa

We had a great stay at the hotel, the service was excellent!. The location was also very advantageous for a tourist, near the train station. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Excellent location, service and value

Very good. So easy to check in, literally a few minutes walk from station, only next building. Station is where shops, department stores, cafes, restaurants, sightseeing infos offices etc...all in there. Staff is very good, very helpful, complimentary coffee at the lobby! Highly recommended.

This was a really nice hotel- the room was really large even by western standards, it was all very clean and the decor was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were only staying one night in Kanazawa before heading back to Tokyo, and we were very sad to leave! Very convenient access to the train station, and opposite a shopping centre with plenty of eatery options.

Great location, just 3 minutes from main station. Walkable to everywhere (furthest away is the gardens which are about a 30 minute walk away). Goo, safe quiet area. Great room bigger than expected, big beds and fabulous bathroom with loads of hot water. Very clean. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is less than 5 minutes of walking distance from Kanazawa train station. Lots of stores and restaurants inside and outside the train station making it a very convenient location and HQ to explore the city for first time visitors. Kenrokuen is about 30 minutes of walking distance and I was able to walk to the park in early morning to catch the sunrise. In between, there is also a fish market that seems to be very popular for tourists. This is a great business class hotel but also great for tourists. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Excellent

Excellent hotel near Kanazawa station. The check-in/out machines worked well. Cleaning 1 night every 4, amenity bags left on door on non cleaning days. No fan in the washroom so had to run the air con on dry mode. Free drink bar in the lobby and amenities such as bath bombs, combs, toothbrushes. Overall a very nice hotel would return.

Very mixed experience. We stayed three nights in Kanazawa. The hotel is conveniently located and the facilities were really good for the price. Unfortunately, despite asking several times, it was not possible to get two comforters for the double bed. This unfortunately affected our sleeping comfort and negatively impacted our experience.

Hotel location is good as it's very near to the train station and highway bus centre. Room condition is average as the furniture is a bit worn out. No daily cleaning of rooms but you can leave your rubbish/garbage and towels outside your room in the morning and they will provide you with new towels (hang outside your door). There's a small microwave for common use but you will have to bring the food back to your room to eat (no common area to eat). Hotel can arrange luggage delivery to your next hotel destination but not to the airport. For luggage delivery to airport, you can go to Yamato Transport counter/shop at the Kanazawa train station. Surprise part of the hotel - they provide free amenities like sachets of cleansing oil, face wash, lotion, moisturizer in the reception lobby. I found these super convenient! Overall, will choose this hotel again only if the price is lower than the surrounding hotels
